Stay CALM (with flaws)

Kaiser provides us with a free subscription to CALM and I do try to mediate for 10 minutes every day and I recommend it because I am not a fan of Big Pharma. Here was the end thought to yesterday's soothing session:

I like flaws and feel more comfortable

    with people who have them.

I myself am made entirely of flaws,

    stitched together with good intentions.

letter from my doc

I am more than pleased to be with Kaiser and my doctor is terrific. In
her letter yesterday she sent tips for staying healthy in body and mind.
Kaiser members now get Calm and MyStrength apps for free. Ommmmm.

back to the drawing board

I was feeling lazy about the blog this morning and picked up the SPCA
letter and that didn't work out very well. But this, from my daily meditation,
is just right for today. I hope you all have a fine day of Thanksgiving.
We all have so much, on every level, as Shakti might say.
